IRC servers are not permitted within the Hosting Matters network, whether on shared or dedicated accounts. This prohibition also extends to all IRC-related software and bots. Please see the Acceptable Use Policy for further information on IRC-related materials within the Hosting Matters network. This prohibition is in place due to the high probability of abuse related to such scripts.
