Horde webmail error message: cannot move items to the trash

When deleting mail from within horde, the following error message may appear:

"ErrorThe folder "Trash" was not created. This is what the server said: Client tried to access nonexistent namespace. (Mailbox name should probably be prefixed with: INBOX.)"

To resolve this, choose Options from the top menu bar, and then choose Deleting and Moving Messages. From the subsequent screen, tick the option "When deleting messages, move them to your Trash folder instead of marking them as deleted?" if it not already enabled, and choose Trash from the "Trash folder:" dropdown box below it. Choose Save Options, and deleted items will be moved to the trash. To keep trash from taking up space unnecessarily, be sure to purge depeted items/empty the trash when exiting webmail.
