How do I set up Entourage for OS X?

Start Entourage. On the Tools menu, click Accounts.

Make sure the Mail tab is selected and then click New.

The "Account Setup Assistant" will launch.

Fill in your name and click the right arrow to continue.

Click "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use" and fill in your email address. Click the right arrow to continue.

On the "Mail Servers" page, fill in the server information.

"My incoming mail server is a POP3 server." The incoming mail server should be your domain name, with the extension (yourdomain.com).

The Outgoing Mail (SMTP) should also be your domain name with the extension (yourdomain.com) unless your ISP requires the use of their mail server to send mail (MSN, Earthlink/Mindspring, and AOL are several examples; there are others).

Click the right arrow to continue.

On the "Acccount ID and Password" page, enter your mailbox username in the account name field, and the password below.  For users other than the master account user, the mailbox user name must be set to the full user@yourdomain.com designation for that mailbox.

Enter the password for the mailbox. Click the right arrow to continue.

On the last page type in a name you would like to associate with the account you just set up. This is just used for display purposed in Entourage so can be set to anything.

Click finish.
