Do you support letsencrypt certificates?

Let'sEncrypt certificates are fully supported within the network for all shared hosting packages, at no charge.  At this time, there is no end user option in the control panel to manage letsencrypt certificates - we anticipate this being available at a not too distant point in the future. To have letsencrypt set up for the domains on your account, please contact support to request it.
