How do I transfer my domain to Hosting Matters for management?

To have a domain transferred to Hosting Matters for management, please open a ticket at the helpdesk or via email to support@hostmatters.com requesting a domain transfer. We will initiate the transfer request at the registrar on your behalf. The administrative contact for the domain must respond to the authorization email(s) sent to approve the transfer. All domain transfers require the use of authorization code/EPP key in order to complete the transfer, and domains must be unlocked before the transfer can be initiated. Codes can be retrieved from the current registrar for the domain and provided in the request for domain transfer.

The cost of domain transfer for the most common extensions is $12, and will be billed after the transfer has successfully completed. This will extend the registration period by one year past the current expiry of the domain. Subsequent renewals are processed at the standard fees for each domain extension.
