Do you offer support coverage for resellers?

While we do not offer general support on a regular basis for resold accounts, we can offer support coverage for resellers for short periods of time in the event a reseller will be away, such as on vacation. We require a login to an existing helpdesk under the reseller's account, and will answer any non-billing issues raised in that helpdesk. Orders and billing-related items are things we cannot process on behalf of resellers when this type of support coverage is obtained. Completed tickets will be charged at .50 each to the reseller's account.
